We are actively working to resolve these issues and expand our selection as soon as possible. If you’re not satisfied, we will refund your room rates in full within the first 30 mins.

- Room Decoration: You can decorate your room at no additional charge. If there are no bookings before you, you may arrive early to set up your room, subject to availability.
- Food Policy: You are welcome to bring your own food. Please help us minimize food waste. Note that any alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
- Kids’ Parties: Absolutely! We’d love to host your karaoke party. Children’s parties are permitted from 12PM to 9PM on Saturdays and Sundays, or 6pm to 9pm Monday to Friday, and during private bookings.
